Admission Requirements

To be eligible for admission into any certificate program, applicants must:

  • Possess a current ARRT license and be in current practice as a radiologic technologist
  • Complete the student application form
  • Pay a $20 application fee
The Certificates

Mammography
Description:
This certificate program is designed to provide RTs with the comprehensive knowledge and skills required to perform mammograms at an advanced level. RTs will receive guidance to fulfill their workplace clinicals and become ARRT eligible in Mammography.
Courses: Principles of Mammography
Time to Complete: 5 weeks
Program Cost: $650


Magnetic Resonance
Description: This certificate program is designed to provide RTs with the comprehensive knowledge and skills required to perform magnetic resonance imaging at an advanced level. RTs will receive guidance to fulfill their workplace clinicals and become ARRT eligible in Magnetic Resonance
Courses: Sectional Anatomy, Physics and Instrumentality of Magnetic Resonance, Clinical Aspects of Magnetic Resonance
Time to Complete: 15 weeks
Program Cost: $1,850

Computed Tomography
Description: This certificate program is designed to provide RTs with the comprehensive knowledge and skills required to perform computed tomography at an advanced level. RTs will receive guidance to fulfill their workplace clinicals and become ARRT eligible in Computed Tomography.
Courses: Sectional Anatomy, Physics and Instrumentality of Computed Tomography, Clinical Aspects of Computed Tomography
Time to Complete: 15 weeks
